Plot April 2004, A shed in a desert

I seeded a flower bed between the apple and pear trees, this was a failure as most of the seeds did not germinate and weeds thrived. The sunflowers planted under pop bottles fared better. I planted fruit bushes and the grape hyacinths grow themselves amongst the blackberries. I still have big piles of rubbish to deal with but I was able to build a lean-to greenhouse from gifted polycarbonate sheets. Only about half the plot is ready to be planted, it takes hours to clear a square metre of weeds.
